Each account within Studio is assigned a usage limit of how many photos are able to be uploaded and processed within their billing period. To determine your account's particular usage limit, check the How Billing Works page.
If you go over your usage limit, no more photos will be able to be uploaded to your account until your billing period rolls over to the next period.
To increase your usage limit, you can change your account's plan at any time and as often as you want.
If you are using the Studio REST API, a rate limit of 100 requests per minute is applied to all access tokens.
If your access token reaches its rate limit, all successful API calls will result in an HTTP 429 (Too Many requests) response code.
